Shipping & Returns

We’re just as excited for you to receive your order as you are. All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

 Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or   import fees charged by their country.

 

Changes-

Order Changes Need to change your shipping address or made a mistake at checkout? Contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been packed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancel your order.

Returns-

We want you to love your gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return: * Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.  Original tags must still be attached.

The item must be free from stains, odours, pet hair, or any signs of wear. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges Need a different size? If your preferred size is available, we’re happy to exchange it. If it’s sold out, we’ll issue a refund once we receive and inspect your return. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Mistakes happen—but we’ll make it right. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

 Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, get in touch and we’ll help you lodge an investigation with the carrier.
